CollectTECH19 concluded in Ft. Worth on November 20, highlighted by the Receivables Advisor magazine Receivables Professionals of the Year awards. The wide diversity of award winners in the receivables profession included Steve Kusic, CEO of American Agencies, Celeste Erickson, Account Solutions Operations Supervisor of TwinStar Credit Union and John McNamara, Asst. Director, Consumer Credit, Payments and Deposits Markets of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The crowning moments of the evening were the awards for the Most Innovative Agency of 2019, presented to Gordon C. Beck III, President of Valor Intelligent Processing, Most Innovative Product of the Year, presented to Pairity, and Receivables Product of the Year, presented to Interactions. The ultimate award of the year, Receivables Professional of 2019, was presented to LaDonna Bohling, Chief Compliance Officer at Receivable Solutions, Inc.
