For the ninth time, the New York State Office of the Attorney General has suspended debt collections owed to its office as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact New Yorkers financially.
The State OAG has halted collection of medical and student debts owed to the state specifically referred to its office for collection.
The OAG will also accept applications for all other types of debt owed to the state referred to the OAG office for collection.
